We will gladly assist
you in placing your orders M-F, 9:00 am –
5:00 pm. Calls placed before or after hours will
be handled by our automated voice mail system.
FAXED
ORDERS
Faxed orders
are accepted 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. However,
if your order is received after hours it will
be processed on the next business day.
BACK
ORDERS
Any item not
in stock and not expected to be in stock within
10 days will be placed on back order and shipped
as soon as possible.
SHIPPING

We only charge
actual shipping costs. NO HANDLING FEES will
be applied, however there will be a $7.00 minimum
shipping charge on all on-line orders. We ship
most orders UPS, it is normally the quickest
and least expensive. UPS requires an address,
NO PO BOX DELIVERIES. Delivery of normal ground
shipments will take from 2-10 days depending
on your location. Some items are too large for
UPS and must be shipped by truck freight. All
items requiring delivery by truck will be shipped
freight collect. Prices for truck delivery depend
on the area you live in.
CREDIT
CARDS
DOUBLE D’S accepts
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
CHECKS
Money orders and certified
bank checks accepted. Double D’s also
accepts personal checks. However, any order
paid by personal check will not be shipped until
the check clears.
A $20.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED
TO ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
RETURNS
No returns accepted without
pre-authorization. All returns must be shipped
pre-paid. No returns will be accepted after
60 days. No refunds will be given on shipping
and insurance charges. All returns must be in
the original packaging and a copy of the receipt
must be included. All returns are subject to
a 20% restock fee. Refused merchandise will
be charged all shipping charges as well as a
25% restocking fee. All returns will be inspected
for damage prior to a credit being issued.
No returns on electrical items
or literature.
DAMAGED
MERCHANDISE
All items are insured. After
orders are shipped it is the responsibility
of the delivering agency to deliver your order
in good condition. If you receive a damaged
package, notify the delivering agency immediately.
Save all original cartons and packaging for
inspection. After contacting the delivering
agency, please contact Double D’s with
all info so arrangements can be made for a replacement.
Any damages must be reported within 7 days of
receiving the product.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped outside
CA are exempt from sales tax. CA residents are
required to pay sales tax. Sales tax rates are
subject to change.

Motorsports will not be liable for any loss,
damage, injury or death resulting from the use
of any of our products or services from any
statements written or verbal. There is no
warranty, either expressed or implied with
respect to any of our products or services.
Racing is a hazardous sport. Serious injury or
death may occur. The user assumes all
responsibility and risk associated with purchase
or use of any products or services obtained from
Double D's Motorsports.
